the what and the how

For the insulation of the shell, was installed during the pre-fabrication process done by Steiner Holz. In the profile picture to the right, one can appreciate:
Each beam is separated 62.5 cm from each other (from center to center). In between the beams we use 200mm wood fiber boards (Gutex).
As the first floor goes on top of the concrete foundation, this needed to be insulated first. We built an installation layer. This layer had a 160mm beams running across the floor, separated every 62 mm. In between each beam, we installed a 160mm Gutex (wood fibre insulating boards) Pannels. After the panels were installed, we closed the floor with wood panels and installed on top a paper to vapor barrier paper to avoid humidity to pass through from below.
On top of this layer, we installed all the cable and heating pipes. Here is how it looked like:
Before we could move on to put the concrete floor in which the final floor will be mounted, we needed to insulate the full floor against noise. We covered all the pipes (electric pipes and heating) with a Gutex(wood fiber insulating boards) for noise insulation. This was a very painful process as it required double panels and the floor needed to be flat, meaning that every pipe was carved into the boards. At the end, all floors looked like this:
1. Add a coconut band to all the house perimeter that acts as a band joint. This avoid that vibrations while we walk are transmitted to the walls.
2. We cover the full floor with a waxed paper with two layers perpendicular to each other, as we will use next wet concrete. The union between the papers were sealed with tape. The wood fiber panels nor the rest of the house could get wet. Therefore, we used a wax paper to insulate from water.
The workers from the company who did the job never saw this method. At first, they were uncertain, but they realized the paper hold the concrete just fine.
The inner walls were insulated with wood fiber panels (Gutex) of 200mm.
For the insulation of the outer walls (wall around the house or perimeter of the house) we built an installation layer
